Appearance/Properties: Grey white powder(granular). Density:1.26-1.32. Soluble in benzene, chloroform, carbon disulfide, propanol, methanol and ethanol. Insoluble in gasoline, water, dilute acid and dilute alkali.

Application: The rubber accelerator NS is a kind of highly active delay action accelerator for natural rubber, butyl rubber, isoamyl rubber, butyl benzene rubber and reclaimed rubber,especially suitable for carbon black rubber with strong alkalinity. It is safe in operating temperature, it has good scorch resistance, fast vulcanizating speed, and high strength at definite elongation.It can improve the proportion of synthetic rubber. It has low toxicity but high effectiveness with excellent comprehensive performance, it is called the standard accelerator and widely used in radial tire production.It can be used with aldose amine, guanidine and thiuram promoters. When it use with scorch retarder, they can form a good vulcanization system. It is mainly used for producing tires, rubber shoes, rubber tubes tape and cable.
